Swespar AB is registered at Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) in accordance with the Act on deposit-taking operations (2004:299). Deposited funds are used for financing of JT Family Holding OY, and are exclusively used for JT Family Holding OY’s future expansion. Deposited funds are not covered by the Swedish Act (1995:1571) on deposit insurance and may be lost in the events of insolvency.
